6​-8  ZOOM meetings on a weekday night or a Saturday. Each class designates the day it will be held and it will be that day/time for all sessions. ( 16 hours of Synchronous Work - done as a group at the same time);  Independent work (reading & pre-work found in your syllabus); Course Connect - Our LMS where you have independent assignments with due dates, to be done online at your own pace. (4 hours of Asynchronous work-not done as a group at the same time)
