The Holistic Management Initiative is new partnership between The Mississippi Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church, The Else School of Management at Millsaps College, and The Center for Ministry at Millsaps College.
HMI was created to help clergy and laity lead more effectively with practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and a clearer understanding of how to lead faithfully into the future. Churches today are leading in a time of significant change. Many congregations are navigating new realities related to leadership, financial sustainability, governance, communication, and long-term vitality. Whether your church is thriving, adapting, or facing difficult questions about sustainability and direction, this program is designed to provide practical support for faithful leadership in the present moment.
