4. Our Disclosure Of Your Information: Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all private information will never be disclosed in ways not described in this Privacy Policy. The CFM cooperates with law enforcement agencies and other third parties to enforce laws. You agree to authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government agencies as we, in our sole discretion, determine to be necessary or appropriate, as it relates to investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, piracy, or other activities that are illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise that your personal information will always remain private.

As a matter of policy, we DO NOT sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. If the need arises, we do provide your personally identifiable information to reputable partner organizations that we have contracted with to further facilitate our services to you.

The CFM also offers an online bulletin board for its participants. The bulletin board is password protected and available only to CFM program participants. Other members of the bulletin board will have access to the contact information you provide in the member profile area of the bulletin board.

5. Control Of Your Password: You are responsible for all actions taken with your user ID (email address) and password, including any fees incurred by these actions. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not disclose your CFM user ID and password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user ID and password with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your user ID and password. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if the security of your password becomes compromised, you should immediately change your password.

6. Notice: We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing such ameded terms on our site. All amended terms shall become effective immediately after they are posted on our site.
