VisionQuest is a series of consultations designed by the Center for Ministry and offered to local church congregations. The CFM consultation team uses a combination of events and on-going conversations with leadership groups and pastoral staff of the congregation to build Christian community, articulate the church mission and core values and develop tools for ministry that will bring focus to the church vision for the 21st Century.
Events:
Communion to Community
ValueQuest (defining core vision and values/mission statement)
Goals for Ministry (setting goals, defining tasks and creating timelines for development)
Insight Out (defining the community the congregation wishes to serve and developing evangelism and outreach opportunities suitable to share the congregation's vision)
Events are designed to be sequential, one-day sessions (with the exception of the Insight Out), but may be combined to maximize time usage. Descriptions of the EVENTS are attached.
