Procedure: Students can register by mail, by FAX, or in person. Registration is no longer available online. To begin registration, please click on registration form above and print the form. Fill out the form and send it to your district superintendent and annual conference local pastor registrar. Many district superintendents and registrars are willing to forward your registration form to MSCOS once they have signed it. Contact your district superintendent or the local pastor registrar of your annual conference for more information.

Annual Conference Authorization: MSCOS is designed specifically for part-time local pastors who are under appointment. Full-time local pastors may enroll in MSCOS only when given special permission to do so by their Board of Ordained Ministry and the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.

Class Size Limits: Some MSCOS course require a limited class size. Students will be registered for such courses on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Cancellations: Cancellations should be made no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of class. In cases of illness or emergency, refunds or credit for registration fees may be issued at the discretion of the director of MSCOS. Unless you officially cancel your registration before class begins, you and / or your annual conference will be charged registration and tuition; no refunds or credit will be given for students who are "no shows." You will also receive a failing grade for the course. Your completed registration indicates your commitment to take the course.
